Caring For The Kawa Of Care

In Te Ngahere we have been focusing on the kawa of care. Kawa of care is about keeping your chromebook safe. It is important to always follow the kawa of care. The Kawa of Care is an agreement between children, parents and schools to ensure the best care and responsibility of the device is exercised during each child’s time in a 1:1 learning environment. In our classroom we are really committed to the kawa of care, for example I know two students who got there chromebook taken off them because they were walking with their lids open. This is really bad because it might fall and break. After we re-learnt about the kawa of care we then had to create something to show what not to do with your chromebook.
