Let Me Teach You About Equivevalent Fractions

Kia ora bloggers and welcome back to another blog post, today I will be teaching you about equivalent fractions. We have been learning about equivalent fractions in Te Ngahere. I learned that equivalent fractions have the same value. Did you know equivalent means the same as? Whaea Chrissy gave us a paper copy and we had to match the same group of fractions together. For example 8/8 are the same as 5/5 which are whole numbers because both the denominator and numerator are the same numbers. We were learning this to find the equivalent number to a fraction.
