Last week on Wednesday a couple of year 5 and 6 students including me had an opportunity to go to the Kawakawa film festival. We all gathered up after tuakana hui and we walked down to the bus. We went to the Kawakawa Primary School hall. There were two girls who went to Kawakawa School who explained what was happening and a little bit about the film festival. We got told that the film festival was going to be at least one hour long but it went by fast. The first film was one of Paihia Schools films in Te Maunga. A couple of films later there was another film from Paihia School called Life About Nerds and that was my brothers film. And a couple of films later it was finally the last film. After we watched it most of us were saying they saved the best for last because it was the best. The last film was Boy and it was really funny. The film festival wasn’t really long. I wish I went back at the six o,clock one because I really wanted to see boy again. We had another movie night at Paihia School on the last day without the year seven and eights.
