Kia ora, Welcome back to my blog. Our class has learned to write simple sentences in Maori. We were learning to pronounce Maori words properly. I like learning Te Reo Maori as it helps me to connect more with my culture. We wrote sentences about what sports you can play on the sports field. I had an awesome time learning different sports you can play on the field in Maori. I learnt the Maori word for rugby is whutupaoro. I also learnt the Maori word for soccer is poikiri.
