Amazing Alphabetical Alliteration

Today I have learnt how to use Screencastify. We had to get in the alphabetical order to say our parts. We had to speak loudly so you could hear our voices. We also had to cheek to make shore it was O.K. to go on the blog. We also had to speak clearly. We had our own parts. we had to say our own but if the person was away we had to say there parts. We had to make it smaller to put it on our blog. Tania had to send it to Mrs N. and Mrs N. sent it to us then we had to put it on our blog. Screencastify could be used on google docs and google slides.

Cross Country Goals.

I.A.L.T Green screen. I will pace my family and I to try complete the race. Focus on my running and never stop for any friends. Practice in a muddy place in the water or at home. Last year I came seventh and this year I want to come at least in the top three.

Mrs G taught us how to Green screen.

First we had to run to the second goal post from the first goal post.

Second we had to stand in front of the I pad so we could say our speech. Afterwards I  had to present my speech about running.

Alliteration Relationship Critters

W.A.L.T. write an alliteration describing a relationship between two creatures. We used a shared Google Doc to write our alliteration. In a shared Google Slide we had to add a background then inserted png images of the critters.

Fractions

Isabella, Imogen and I have  made a fractions wall. We first had to cut twelve pieces of paper that are the same length.  First we glued one whole strip, then we folded another strip in 1/2 before cutting it in half and gluing it on our wall. We repeated this process in 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/7, 1/8, 1/9, 1/10 and 1/12ths. We saw patterns when we cut 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, and 1/12. We saw another pattern when we cut 1/3, 1/6 and  1/9.  We saw another pattern with 1/5 and 1/10.
Making 1/7 was so hard because I did not know if it was the same size. 1/2 was easy because you just had to fold it once then make sure it was the same length then stick it on with a glue stick.
